The hotel rooms were extremely big with a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed, spacious enough and very clean. The service at the reception desk was really helpful and polite. The location was great, near the Franz Josef Banhof and very close to a tram station that gets you to Rathaus and the Opera, though not ideal for airport arrivals. The dining experience was really tasty with a various selection of dishes but a bit chaotic at times. The facilities were impressive with great amenities.
